Mr. Clarke is a highly skilled litigator and transactional attorney, aggressively assisting clients in a wide range of legal issues.  Routinely securing the best possible outcome for his clients, Mr. Clarke represents real estate investors, brokers, commercial property owners, landlords, homeowners, real estate agents, escrow agents and other industry related professionals in real property disputes and transactions.  He also represents businesses, contractors, employers, and individuals in business and contract disputes while also having experience with personal injury cases.  In addition, Mr. Clarke enjoys assisting clients with their estate planning needs.

As a native-Nevadan and fourth-generation Nevada attorney, Mr. Clarke understands the importance of achieving efficient and effective results for his clients.  Client communication is also paramount. 

 

Mr. Clarke graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 2005. He then worked for Washoe County Juvenile Probation for seven years prior to attending law school at South Texas College of Law-Houston, graduating with distinction in 2015.  Mr. Clarke then received his certificate from Georgetown Law in electronic discovery.
